Sometimes you have to take a break! Stress Awareness Week 30th October - 3rd November. 

We’ve put together some tips below for managing stress and getting a better sleep ZZzz

✅ Talk about stress and its effects - Let’s work together to break the stigma associated with stress by talking about this topic openly with friends, family and work colleagues.
✅ Be kind to yourself and to those who are stressed and anxious - we are all going to experience stress in our lifetime, so treat yourself and other with kindness and compassion.
✅ Do look at making sure your bedroom is a relaxing environment - Leave any work related items out of the room, such as a laptop or work notes. Limit screen time and use low lighting.
✅ Don’t forget to exercise and eat well - Fresh air and nutritious food are beneficial to lowering stress levels.
✅ Make sure your bed is comfortable. If it’s not, take a look at our website for a new bed or cosy bedding!

The most crucial thing you can do when you’re stressed or anxious is to make sure you are looking after yourself. Make time to relax when you need to and learn to say “no” to requests that are too much for you.
