30-Night Sleep Comfort Trial

We appreciate your interest in our 30-Night Sleep Comfort Trial.

To qualify for the service, we kindly request that with your new mattress order, you select a Free Mattress protector as a gift or upgrade to a premium protector with your order. Once you meet these qualifying criteria, you will be granted the opportunity to exchange or upgrade your mattress to a more suitable alternative within 30 nights of your original purchase.

To initiate a request for an exchange, or upgrade within the 30-night period, please email [email protected]  Our team will be more than happy to register your request and assist you in selecting a mattress that caters to your requirements.

To conclude your exchange, or upgrade, we kindly request that you fulfil the following  requirements:

- You must provide proof of purchase for both the Mattress and Mattress Protector (or as a Free gift)

- We request that you sleep on the mattress for at least 14 nights to allow your body to become accustomed to it.

- The Mattress Protector provided by Now to Bed must be used for the entire 30-night trial period, as stained or damaged mattresses cannot be exchanged.

- A re-delivery/exchange fee of £100 must be paid before any exchange, or upgrade.

- If the new mattress incurs a higher cost than the original, we kindly request that you pay the price difference before a delivery date is scheduled.

- We are unable to process refunds if the new mattress is less expensive than the original. However, we will provide you with a credit note for the difference minus any charge deductions, which can be utilized to purchase other products or services offered by Now to Bed.

- Please note that the 30 Night Trial does not cover clearance items, ex-display items, sofa beds, items bought in any of our stores and guest beds.

- We regret to inform you that we are only able to exchange your mattress once under this guarantee.

- The Sleep Comfort Trial refers to mattresses only,  if your order has a divan set or headboard, this is not eligible for a sleep trial exchange.

- Our sleep trial does not appertain to the following brands who already have their own Sleep Trial agreements; Emma - Sleepeezee

- Original Order and subsequent Free Trial replacement appertains to UK mainland orders only.

All promotional codes are subject to change without prior notice. There is a minimum spend on some Promotional codes, this can range from £300 to £500 depending on the promotion that is running.

Direct Home Deliveries

Now To Bed is not responsible for the courier service used by the manufacturer. In the event that your order is lost in transit, please contact us, and we will facilitate the re-ordering of a replacement. We are not liable for any items lost during transit and will not issue refunds for such occurrences under any circumstance. The manufacturer will provide a replacement for items that go missing in transit. 

We strongly recommend that you do not dispose of your old mattress until your new one has been delivered. We cannot be held responsible for any delays or missed delivery dates by the direct home delivery courier. We are not liable for any delays or missed delivery dates and will not issue refunds for such occurrences under any circumstance.

Direct Home Deliveries are made to the doorstep only and do not include delivery to your room of choice. Please ensure you have the means to move the item to your desired room before placing an order.  

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us, and we will liaise with the manufacturer on your behalf. Refunds will not be issued, but we will arrange for a replacement to be provided directly by the manufacturer.  

The manufacturer will supply tracking and delivery information for your order. Now To Bed is not responsible for tracking your order or providing updates. We are unable to change or guarantee delivery dates. If you have any concerns or issues with the delivery date provided by the courier, you will need to contact them directly.  


NHS Verification

To say thank you to all the amazing NHS staff we offer a code for extra money off. You will need to provide evidence of your identification badge after your purchase, we will contact you regarding this. Simply take a photo or screenshot of your NHS photo identification badge and we will do the rest.

Please note that Promotional codes cannot be combined.


Pre-Orders and Due In Purchases

All pre-orders and due in dates listed on the website are based on dates our suppliers have provided for us for lead times and deliveries. We keep to these times as much as possible, however some deliveries may be delayed or brought forward by the supplier due to unforeseen circumstances. We will contact you in the result of this happening to reorganise later or earlier delivery dates.

Pre-orders will be dispatched as one delivery once all items are ready.

Payment

We take payment from your card at the time we receive your order, once we have checked your card details. 

Fraud checks may be conducted on our orders. This involves checks on details provided during the order process including the address details. This may involve your details being passed to a 3rd party fraud checking company. On occasion, we may ask for additional information in order to process your order. We will conduct this process as quickly as possible however on occasion dispatch of goods may be delayed. 

Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods. 

The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order. While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. 

Title to any products you order on this website shall pass to you on delivery of the products, provided that we have processed and received payment in full for the products. 

All prices include VAT (where applicable) at the applicable current rates but exclude delivery charges unless expressly stated otherwise. 

All credit card transactions are taken in the UK and our transaction currency is in UK Pounds (£).

Orders placed over the telephone undergo additional security checks once the order has been placed – this is to protect NOWTOBED and cardholders against credit card fraud. As a result, our cut-off times for next day delivery are one hour earlier than with a standard order placed securely over the internet. Furthermore occasionally we will contact you after a telephone order has been placed to request additional information, such as a copy of a utility bill or other proof of address – until we have this information we will be unable to process your order, and if it is not forthcoming within approximately 10 business days the order will be automatically refunded. We apologise for the inconvenience caused to genuine customers by these important fraud prevention measures.

Availability

All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.

Ordering Errors

You are able to correct errors on your order up to the point at which you click on "submit order" or “make payment” on the final page of our ordering process.


Delivery of orders

Delivery charges vary depending on the type of products ordered and the service you select and cannot be refunded. Your delivery charges will be clearly indicated at checkout. Shipping information can be found here. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors and all goods and products are subject to availability. We will do our best to get all orders despatched as quickly as possible. We have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered. You have the right to cancel delayed orders at any time and get a refund prior to the item being despatched. We recommend that you make arrangements for tradespeople to carry out work on your behalf only after your order has been delivered and checked for damage. If you are purchasing to replace your existing furniture we also recommend that you do not dispose of your existing furniture until your new goods have arrived and been checked for damage. We shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages or expenses. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to property, lost income, profits, economic or commercial losses and third-party claims.


Preparation of Delivery Area

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that it is possible to get the Goods into the room of choice in your home (or other specified premises). We cannot be held responsible for failure to get the Goods into the relevant room when it is physically impossible to do. This includes removal of any piece of furniture/item that may hinder the delivery to room process. Please check the size of the product along with the size of your doors and access areas (such as stairs). Some mattresses are filled with strong materials that will not bend.

If you wish to protect your flooring on the day of delivery we suggest you make arrangements to cover the flooring with a Safe, slip-proof covering in advance of our driver's arrival.


Work shoes and covers

For safety reasons, our delivery personnel may not remove their work shoes while delivering your items. This is especially important when delivering heavy products, as it helps to prevent injuries and ensures that our personnel are covered by insurance. Shoe covers may cause a slip hazard. Thank you for understanding and prioritizing the safety of our personnel.

Assembly Service - Please note that if you do not pay for your Assembly Service in the checkout/staff member then it is naturally assumed you will not require your items assembled on your delivery day.

Paying for your Item/s

All orders must be paid for in full prior to the free gift being delivered. The free gift cannot be added to an order retrospectively.

In the event a customer returns their order they no longer qualify for the free gift and the free gift is not returned, we reserve the right to deduct the value of the gift from the refund issued.

Now to Bed is the promoter of the free gift and reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose this offer without prior notice in the event that unforeseen circumstances make this unavoidable.

If a gift item is currently out of stock or there are delays you will be notified via email. You may be offered the option to change your gift. Gifts are subject to promotional availability.
Now to Bed reserves the right to replace the gifts with one of equal or greater value in the event of unavailability due to circumstances beyond its control.

Items to be recycled must be ready for collection at the time of delivery and not wet.

Please have any items ready for collection at the time of delivery.

Unfortunately, we will not be able to take any items that are wet or excessively dirty. All goods should be collected from inside the property and dry. Any goods left outside / Not wrapped and or wet will result in a failed collection.


Failed / Refused Delivery / Collection

If you wish to refuse delivery of your order please contact our office by phone 01745 852877 immediately for advice. Please be aware that the cost to You of return/collection will range from £100.00 for a mattress only to £400.00 for a divan bed depending on the size and weight of the item and your postcode address. Please inform us of any changes to your delivery requirement before two (2) working days* of the delivery date, failure to do so will incur additional charges.
Please also note that any Fast Track items that are delivered outside of our normal delivery schedule will incur the same additional charges if you are not available to accept your delivery on your specified delivery date. *Working days are Mon-Fri 9AM - 5PM.

Warranties

All our products are manufactured to the highest quality, the vast majority in a facility in the United Kingdom. As such, unlike most online furniture retailers, we are able to offer you a genuine warranty on all our products. A 1 year warranty is offered on all bedroom furniture ranges. Please contact our sales or customer service team for further information on individual products. All products are warranted against manufacturing defects, except for all moving parts (mechanisms, castors, drawers) and seating upholstery which are subject to usage related wear and tear. NOWTOBED reserves the right not to apply the warranty in cases of inappropriate use or when the product has been tampered with by a third party or interventions by non-authorised personnel. 

Please note that warranties only apply to items sent to mainland UK addresses.

All rights, including copyright, in this website, are owned by or licensed to NOWTOBED. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without the permission of NOWTOBED. Sleep Trials

How the Sleepeezee 60-Night Sleep Trial works:

From the day the mattress is delivered to your home, you have 60 nights to sleep on it

If after 30 nights you are not completely happy with your mattress (but before the 60-night sleep trial ends), the notification must be made to the stockist from where you purchased the mattress

An alternative mattress from the Sleepeezee range that is available through the stockist must be chosen

In the event that a higher-priced alternative mattress is chosen, then any difference in price must be paid at the time of re-selection. We are unable to refund any difference in price if a lower-priced mattress is selected

  • Proof of purchase must be provided at the point of re-selection
  • All original packaging can be removed from the mattress, however, a mattress protector must have been used for the duration of the trial period. The original mattress is to be returned in a clean and presentable condition
  • Re-Delivery charges may be applied at the discretion of the stockist
  • The '60-Night Sleep Trial' is limited to one exchange per product ordered
  • If a certain model, size or fabric is no longer available, Sleepeezee reserves the right to substitute for an alternative at its discretion
  • The 'Sleepeezee 60 Night Sleep Trial' does not apply to mattresses which are defective due to misuse, wilful damage, accidental damage, unauthorised repairs or alterations, neglect or general wear and tear.
  • You will be responsible for returning your mattress to us. Delivery of the replacement mattress may take up to 28 days from the date of your re-selection
  • The 'Sleepeezee 60 Night Sleep Trial' only applies to mattresses and excludes divan bases, headboards or bedding products

Only the original purchaser may invoke the 'Sleepeezee 60 Night Sleep Trial' and it only applies to mattresses that remain within the United Kingdom. If any of the above conditions are not met, the 'Sleepeezee 60 Night Sleep Trial' will be declined.

The Sleepeezee sleep trial is only applicable for mattresses sent to mainland UK addresses.

Now to Bed GDPR Data Protection Terms

Introduction of General Data Protection Regulations 2016 The data that we require to fulfil a customer order now falls under the framework laid out in the General Data Protection Regulations 2016. This requires Now to Bed to review data that it receives and holds from commercial partners that we have relationships with. Now to Bed do not require any personal information from any customers unless it is provided with the explicit reason of direct home delivery, to register a warranty or to undertake service work; then this information is classed as ‘Personal Data’ for the purposes of the General Data Protection Regulation 2016 and Now to Bed will become the ‘Controller’ of that data when working with 3rd party service providers. If unrequired ‘Personal Data’ is received, Now to Bed shall redact, remove or destroy it as appropriate and in accordance with GDPR guidance. In the cases of ‘Personal Data’ being required for direct home delivery, to register a warranty or to undertake service work, other than for anonymised analysis and profiling,

Now to Bed will only use ‘Personal Data’ for the purpose it was received for and hold it for the duration of the legitimate interest (i.e. length of warranty or required relationship with that individual), unless that individual has provided informed consent through opting in. Any data breaches will be notified to affected parties and the ICO within 72 hours in accordance to GDPR guidelines. Through continuing to trade with Now to Bed, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Any ‘Personal Data’ received by Now to Bed will be processed in accordance with General Data Protection Regulations and for the explicit reasons it was supplied to the company.

2. Any ‘Personal Data’ received that is outside of our requirements to fulfil our commercial obligations will be redacted at receipt and will not be entered into any system either within the holding company or any 3rd parties.

3. Any ‘Personal Data’ that is received from any customers or end consumers for the explicit reason of direct home delivery, to register a warranty or to undertake service work, we, Keen and Toms Holdings become the ‘Processor’ of the data.

4. Any ‘Personal Data’ that is received from any customers or end consumers for the explicit reason of direct home delivery, to register a warranty or to undertake service work and that data is passed to a 3rd party then, we, Now to Bed would become the ‘Data Controller’.

5. Where we are the ‘Data Processors’ we will hold that data for the duration of the legitimate interest (ie length of warranty or required relationship with that individual).

7. No Personal Data will be transferred outside the European Union

Does NOWTOBED have a retail shop?

NOWTOBED do have a retail shop where we offer a more personal shopping experience and delivery options.
Our online shop gives you more convenience, outside of our retail shop operating hours.

Acknowledgement and Acceptance of your Order

If you have supplied us with your email address, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to acknowledge your order. Please note that this e-mail is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from NOWTOBED. Our acceptance of your order will take place upon dispatch of the product(s) ordered.

Cancelling orders

In the first instance please click here to email us with your change/cancellation details. If you wish to cancel an Order before it has been fulfilled, in the case of a special made Order, unfortunately, because We make these Goods to your specific requirements, you will not be able to cancel an order once it is accepted by Us. We regard ex-display Goods as being a special made Order also.

If you have received the order and you wish to change/cancel goods we will apply a charge based upon the direct cost to recover and/or redeliver goods. We request that changed/cancelled items are returned in their original packaging. Please see the 'Returns and refunds' section below for more information.

Missing items

Delivery discrepancies:
Any discrepancies must be reported as soon as is reasonable after the delivery, preferably within 24 hours. On arrival, if the packaging appears damaged it is recommended that this is marked on the delivery note before you sign.

On delivery:
Should an item be missed or appear not delivered then we request that you notify us as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours of initial receipt of delivery.
On assembly:
Should a part appear missing from an item please report the item that is missing the part along with a description of the part you believe to be missing. In both, the above instances replacement goods or parts will be dispatched as soon as possible.

Returns and refunds

I have decided I no longer want my goods ordered:

For items purchased online; if you should on receipt decide you wish to return an item to us, you will need to contact us at [email protected] within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods. Please note that we cannot accept return of bespoke or made to order items. These are listed as "Made to Order" in the drop down on the website.

All items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. The collection charges are your responsibility to pay; and the cost will depend on the size, weight, number of packages and your postcode address.

Once we have collected your item from you; we will process the refund owed back to your original payment method. Please note banks can take 3-5 working days to complete this process.


I have received an item incorrect from what I ordered:

If in the unlikely event your item has arrived to you incorrect; please do inform our delivery team, or if a courier delivery, look to contact us by email [email protected] or phone during usual office hours 01745 852877 option 3 within 24 hours of receipt of goods, and we will arrange exchange to the correct item.


My item has arrived damaged:

If in the unlikely event your item has arrived to you damaged; please take delivery and write the issue to the delivery note; and then contact us by email [email protected] within 24 hours of receipt of goods, and we will contact you to arrange exchange or repair.


I am concerned my item may have a manufacturing fault:

If you are concerned your item has developed a manufacturing fault under your guarantee/warranty period; please do contact us at [email protected] and provide photos to show your concerns. We will then contact the manufacturer with your concerns to start a claim. If it is proven that your product is found to have become defective through a material failure or faulty workmanship; then under your manufacturer guarantee/warranty it will be arranged, that either your item is repaired or a like for like replacement will be made to be delivered to you.

Clearance Item Order

No refund will be given against a cancelled order for Clearance items. A credit note will be issued which can be utilised against any future purchase.

NOWTOBED makes no representation that any products or services referred to in the materials on this website are appropriate for use, or available, in other locations.
