That’s why we offer a 60-Night Sleep Trial on selected brands — giving you the reassurance and flexibility to make the right decision.

Why a Sleep Trial Matters

When you switch to a new mattress, your body often needs time to adjust. Muscles relax differently. Pressure points shift. Your spine adapts to improved support.

It’s completely normal for this adjustment period to take a few weeks — which is why our sleep trial is designed to give you enough time to experience the difference properly.

Your comfort matters, and we want you to sleep well with confidence.

How the 60-Night Sleep Trial Works

Here’s how it works in simple terms:

  • Minimum 30-night adjustment period
    You must sleep on your mattress for at least 30 nights before requesting an exchange or upgrade. This gives your body time to adapt.

  • Eligible up to 60 nights
    Your mattress remains eligible for exchange up to 60 nights from the date of delivery.

  • After 60 nights
    Once the 60-night period has passed, the mattress is no longer eligible for exchange under the sleep trial.

⚠️ Important Sleep Trial Requirement

To qualify for the Sleep Trial, a mattress protector MUST be used at all times.

  • This must be selected as a FREE gift at checkout or
  • Purchased from us at the time of buying your bed/mattress

Failure to use a mattress protector will void eligibility for the Sleep Trial.

Exchanges & Upgrades

If after your adjustment period you feel the mattress isn’t quite right, you have options:

  • You may exchange your mattress for another model.

  • You may be able to choose a different brand (subject to availability).

  • If you select a higher-priced mattress, you simply pay the difference.

  • If you choose a lower-priced option, you will be given a Credit Note for the difference to spend with us.

Our team is always happy to guide you through the best alternatives to ensure you find your perfect fit.

Collection & Redelivery Charge

To cover logistics, a £100 collection and redelivery charge applies.

Please note:

  • The fee is subject to postcode.

  • Certain areas may incur an increased charge depending on location.
