Harrison Spinks are proud to announce winning not one but two of the prestigious King's Awards for Enterprise which now sit alongside the Queen's Award they hold for Sustainable Development. The awards for Innovation and International trade were announced on the 21st April 2023. Having previously received the Queen’s Award for Innovation and Sustainable Development in 2013, International Trade and Innovation in 2018 and Sustainable Development in 2019, this brings their total to 7 Awards over the past 10 years.

Harrison Spinks secured the King’s Award for Innovation thanks to significant work as an industry leader in innovation and design, including their design and manufacture of revolutionary glue-less, fine-wire pocket springs used in their 100% recyclable Harrison Spinks mattresses. Currently active in 13 European countries, plus the USA, Canada, South Korea and Australia, securing the King’s Award in International Trade supports their continued focus on manufacturing premium sustainable handmade beds to a worldwide audience.

The King’s Awards for Enterprise was previously known as The Queen’s Awards for Enterprise, and the new name reflects His Majesty The King’s desire to continue the legacy of HM Queen Elizabeth II by recognising outstanding UK businesses. The Award programme, now in its 57th year, is the most prestigious business award in the country, with successful businesses able to use the esteemed King’s Awards Emblem for the next five years.
